Justin and his team are truly awesome. Our relationship began two years ago, as we were wrapping up our third year in business. From the very beginning, Justin took the time to understand not only where our business was at the time, but where we wanted to go. One of the first things he and his team did was make sure all of our books were accurate, organized, and completely up to date. That alone gave us a level of confidence we hadn’t had before. Since then, we’ve gained even more peace of mind through consistent monthly reporting and forecasting. Those reports give us the visibility we need to understand exactly where we stand month to month, how we’re tracking toward our annual goals, and where we may need to make adjustments. But what has impressed me most is how our relationship has evolved beyond traditional accounting and financial reporting. Justin has worked with us to build custom tools specifically around how our business operates—including an automated pricing model based on production rates for each individual service type. The system tracks our revenue per labor hour by service, feeds the data from our daily work orders back into the model, and gives us much deeper insight into which jobs and services are over- or underperforming. Everything works together. We can use actual field performance to evaluate our pricing, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and margins, and make better decisions as we continue to grow. I know these tools are going to become even more valuable as we scale our operation. That’s what separates Justin from someone who simply “does the numbers.” He genuinely goes the extra mile to understand what matters most to our business and makes sure his team’s efforts are focused there. I never feel like we’re being handed generic reports or solutions—we’re building financial systems around the way our company actually operates and where we’re trying to go. If you’re looking for someone to take ownership of the financial side of your business, but you also want someone who feels like an actual member of your team, Justin is your guy.
